Scholarship - Master in France
Scholarships from the French Thales program - Ministry of European Outer Relations are attributed to students who wish to study in France a Mastère spécialisé or a Masters of Science in the engineering, economy and administration areas. All the candidates must be pre-enrolled for the levels Masters 2 (preferably) or Masters 1 in one of the courses proposed by the establishments of superior education companions, that are the following ones: Engineering Schools: Ecole Centrale Paris, Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Nationale Supérieure DES Télécommunications, Ecole Nationale Supérieure DES You mine of Paris, Ecole Nationale Supérieure DES Ingénieurs DES Etudes DES Techniques dArmement; • Commerce and Administration Schools: LEE and ESSEC; • University (management/administration): Paris Dauphine (Paris IX). The following candidates are eligible: - Brazilian, Chinese, Hindu or Russian nationality; binational candidates, those who have French nationality are not eligible; - Those younger than 30 years at the year of the selection; - Those that have not been evaluated by another program of the MAEE for a scholarship of the French government. French language dominium is not a requirement, but it is a favorable point in the selection process. For university year 2008-2009 35 scholarships will be attributed: 10 for Hindu students, 9 for Chinese students, 8 for Russian students and 8 for Brazilian students. After a first identification of the candidates, carried out in their countries of origin, they will be taken in account for the definitive selection: excellence of the candidate, verified by his previous university route; professional project of the candidate; his motivation. The scholarship lasts a year and totalizes 13.000 €. In addition to that post, it assumes several burdens: social cover, cultural activities, customized support and pedagogical attendance, direction in the search of practices. Intensive French courses, organized by the French Alliances, can be proposed by Embassy of France in the country of origin of the candidate, before their travel to France.
